If you’ve never been out on the trails behind the wheel of a true SUV that’s built to be off-road, you’re going to want to check out the new Jeep Wrangler. Look at the attractive and recognizable style that allows you to know you’re about to have an adventure. All you’ll need is the right Wrangler trim for you and a few friends that have their own Wranglers to drive, and you’re ready to head out on the trials in this SUV that has a modern interior and a classic look for your pleasure.
When you want to take a few people with you on the trails in the new Jeep Wrangler, you may want to check out the four-door models. This new version of the Wrangler is two inches longer than the outgoing models, which allows your rear-seat passengers to benefit from more legroom than in the past. Those two inches show up in other places as well because this SUV is two inches wider, and offers you two more inches of wheelbase to provide you with more stability and comfort when you drive on the roads and trails in your area.
The Items You Can Experience
Every model of the new Wrangler offers you 4WD with the Commmand-Trac system. You’ll also have fog lights, an underbody skidplate, push-button starting, and the new Sunrider roof panel. Move up to higher trims if you want items such as air conditioning, power windows, a touchscreen audio system, Bluetooth connectivity, and much more. You’ll be able to choose a variety of other upgrades for the Wrangler you want to drive including tubular rock rails, a more advanced 4WD system, and an improved 8.4-inch Uconnect infotainment system, and blind spot sensors to make sure you can have the ride you’re looking for.
Two engines make their way to the area under the hood of the Jeep Wrangler. The base engine is still the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 that offers you 285 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque. This engine is attached to either an eight-speed automatic or a new six-speed manual transmission for the shifting you need. The new engine for the Wrangler is a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that gives you 268 horsepower and 295 lb.-ft. of torque. This engine is only offered with the eight-speed automatic transmission for the drive and power you want that’s more efficient.
Have you always wanted to head out on the trails to have some fun? Do you wish you could join a Jeep club and show off your own Wrangler when you head out into the wilderness? If either of these are true, it’s time to visit your nearby Jeep dealership and take a look at the new Wrangler that can be right for you to drive. This new model is modern in many ways but still a classic that provides you with the driving performance and fun you’re looking for when you head out on the trails to have a day in the outdoors with your friends.
