Don't Let User Error Hold Back Your Ford Raptor

Don’t Let User Error Hold Back Your Ford Raptor

Does it make sense to spend a lot of money on an item if you don’t know how to use it? Companies not only want to have the most advanced technology for the items they create but also have the people who know how to maximize their use and performance. This is true not only of the machinery used to make products but of the products themselves. If you don’t play video games on your computer, you don’t need the most advanced graphics package, and if you don’t know how to drive an off-road vehicle on the trails, you shouldn’t get behind the wheel of the Ford Raptor.

The Ford F-150 Raptor is the most capable off-road vehicle on the market today. This beast has been built with the impressive quality needed and the amazing features that you want when you’re ready to get out on the trails, but if you don’t know how to get through the mud, muck, sand, or snow that you encounter, you’re going to get stuck. This truck has the equipment you need with the Fox Racing shocks, an amazing AWD system, and the items that you’ll need to be able to take on nearly every surface on the planet.

Getting the Raptor Stuck

The Ford Raptor driven on the frozen tundra of Iceland was equipped with a set of heavy-duty BFGoodrich KO2 tires that are made to handle all terrains you can find. This truck was used to take the team of /DRIVE on NBC Sports across the frozen area of the country in order to have some fun out in the wilderness of this cold country. From what you see in the video below you’re going to be amazed at what it appears the truck is stuck in.
As you take a look at this video, which isn’t very long, the Ford Raptor appears to be stuck in only a small amount of snow. This Raptor has to be hooked up to a rescue vehicle and pulled out of a few inches of the icy white stuff that has made it impossible for the Raptor to continue to drive. Thankfully the Ford Raptor is able to be pulled out and the host of the show informs the driver that he should have kept the wheels moving to avoid being stuck at all, which makes it sound like the issue wasn’t with the truck.

So What’s The Real Problem?

Because the Ford F-150 Raptor is packed with the equipment that’s made to handle every single terrain offered around the world, the failure of this situation has to be user error. If you want to drive one of the most capable off-road machines ever built, make sure you find someone that knows how to drive on the trails and terrain that you want to explore so that you can learn the right way to have a great ride out in the wilderness. By learning how to drive your Raptor, you’ll be able to enjoy what the truck has to offer you and avoid being stuck when you head out for a drive.
