2017 Jeep Wrangler: A True American Icon

There are new LED headlights and fog lights that are optional on the Sport and Sport S models but standard on the Sahara and Rubicon versions. There is a new cold weather package offered on the Sort S and Rubicon models to give you special tires and an engine-block heater.

The beauty of the off road setup of this impressive SUV is the solid axles, the amazing ground clearance and the short overhangs of the fenders. For the best 4WD system of them all, you can step up to the Rubicon model that brings in heavy duty axles and transfer case, lower gearing, locking differential, a disconnecting front sway bar and larger tires to give you an SUV that can climb nearly any hill or mountain you can find.

The Jeep Wrangler continues on a pretty basic vehicle to drive. The standard features you’ll find on this SUV include the engine, a 4WD system with a low range transfer case, skidplates, stability control with roll mitigation, hill start assist, trailer sway control, a USB port, an eight speaker audio system, removable doors and a folding soft top, which even comes standard on the four-door Unlimited model. The items you won’t get on the base, Sport model include power windows and locks and air conditioning.

Looking upward toward the options you can have there is a Power Convenience Group that makes a difference for you. This package adds the power locks, power mirrors, power windows and keyless entry to the mix. The Cold Weather package can be had to help you get started on cold mornings with an engine-block heater, heated seats and a remote start system.
