The Nissan GT-R Can Really Get Your Blood Pumping

Not often in life is there one thing that can help you turn a bad day into a good day. When your day at work has left you frustrated, disgruntled and ready to quit, the Nissan GT-R can give you a reminder why you tolerate your tyrant of a boss. This car shows off with excitement for every single drive and allows owners and guest drivers alike the opportunity to get their blood pumping, gain some excitement on the ride home from work and forget about the horrible, no good, very bad day you just had (can you tell from that last note that I have kids).

The GT-R is a great in between car for the avid sports car lover to fully enjoy. Coming in at the 100k plus price range at Nissan dealers, it’s not cost effective for everyone, but it doesn’t reach up to the 200k or above range to make it out of reach for everyone. This means many of the owners of the GT-R actually are normal people who haven’t been born with a silver spoon or come from the lap of luxury where they don’t know the meaning of sharing. Instead many who own this car want to show off what they have and let others experience the amazing ride as well (at least that is what I hope).

The GT-R is powerful and sleek with a 3.8-liter twin turbocharged V6 engine that gives up to 600 horsepower and 481 lb.-ft. of torque. This is enough power to plant you firmly in your seat and reach from zero to sixty mph in less than three seconds (2.5 on the NISMO edition). That by itself is certainly enough fun to make the ride worthwhile, but the GT-R is much more than just a power hungry beast, it offers a massive amount of control as well.

With its sleek design and super sports car good looks the GT-R makes an awesome control statement with the suspension, steering and braking systems which are aboard. The massive brakes make it easy to stop this crazy horse and the tuning of the steering and suspension are so amazing it feels as if you are gliding on the road with very little body throw or movement at all. The GT-R is built low to the ground with large tires to help the control systems keep the car planted as if the tires are part of the road.

With amazing looks superior performance and control that blows your mind the Nissan GT-R is a car that can turn any bad day into an exciting one which will make you forget what your bad day was all about previously. Currently the GT-R is being tested to see if it can cure cancer, solve world hunger, or fix the hole in the ozone layer (not really, but we can only hope). Regardless of whether this car makes your day a little better or it actually turns your day around, the GT-R is one amazing car for anyone lucky enough to put one in their driveway or have a friend who owns one.
