This rolling luxury camper turns any camping trip into a glamping trip. You might have to wait a while until it hits a Mercedes dealer near you, but it is sure to be a hit.

Van Camping Just Got More Efficient

Camping in a well-equipped van is one of the best ways to see the country, but the gas can get expensive, and if you’re concerned about the environment, driving all over the country in a gas-guzzling van is the opposite of eco-friendly. Enter the Mercedes-Benz camper version of the EQV electric van. This new all-electric mini camper van has zero emissions and comes with everything you need for life on the road.

Fully Equipped for Any Adventure

When you want to take your camping experience up a few notches, you can’t beat the Mercedes-Benz micro camper. It features a flexible bed and kitchen setup. The Touring model has a two-seat rear bench that will fold into a comfortable double bed, and the kitchen comes with all the basics you need to make a quick meal on the go. Cook up dinner on the two-burner stovetop and wash up after you eat in the sink. There’s even a 36-liter fridge to keep your food and drinks cold.

The best part is the kitchen is moveable. You can slide it outside of the van for outdoor cooking. Looking for a place to sit and eat your breakfast? A dinette table comes integrated right into the kitchen and works with the swivel front seats. If you opt for the roof-mounted pop-up tent, you’ll even get some extra sleeping space.

A Model for the Casual Camper

While the Touring model has all the bells and whistles, Mercedes dealers will also offer a more casual Adventure model. This has more space in the cabin, with a three-person bench in the back that converts into a bed. This model doesn’t have a built-in kitchen, but you can add a slide-out tailgate kitchenette.

The Power and Range Makes This a Contender

The EQV 300 can go about 203 to 226 miles on a full charge, and the EQV 250 can go up to 147 miles. This is perfect for short camping excursions. Mercedes makes the most of the electric power with USB ports for charging devices and additional lighting in the cabin so you can see after dark. Want to add extra power? You can even get solar panels for the roof to help power any additional add-ons or use the separate lithium battery to keep things charged, so you don’t drain the van’s range at night.
