The newest Chevrolet Silverado recently debuted, and to the delight of truck lovers everywhere, it’s customizable.
The annual SEMA show is where we see the customization that can take place for a variety of automakers. This is the show that gives us a look at how some of the different companies that love to take stock models and make them better imagine the new version of different vehicles that could be offered for specific needs.
Knowing that we love our pickup trucks and love to have accessories and features that can be added to the pickup trucks that we want to drive, this show is where we see a variety of upgraded models for the drive.
The 2019 Chevrolet Silverado Models that Have been Upgraded
One of the best ways to protect your factory warranty for the Chevrolet Silverado is with the use of genuine GM accessories. With this in mind, GM brought four concept models to the show to give us a look at what this truck could be when it’s offered with some excellent parts. Each of these models showed up with a different theme for the drive on the road and with a fantastic list of accessories that can be added for the fun of the drive.
The Silverado RST Off-Road
Most Chevy fans will likely enjoy the Silverado RST Off-Road and the Silverado RST Sport concept models. The RST Off-Road is based on the standard version of the Chevrolet Silverado RST and adds more to the package with a two-inch suspension lift and a new off-road appearance package that can be obtained through Chevrolet dealerships. The appearance package adds a sports bar, a soft tonneau cover, and assist steps. This truck also receives 18-inch wheels with off-road tires, black exterior trim, a cold air intake, an LED light bar, a side-mounted bed storage box, and a few other items.
The Silverado RST Sport
This version of the Chevrolet Silverado that was brought to the SEMA show is one that places an emphasis on the street performance that you want to enjoy. This version receives concept body side graphics, a hard tonneau cover, gloss black 22-inch wheels, a cab back Borla exhaust system with carbon fiber exhaust tips, and faux carbon fiber mirror caps, door handles, and interior trim. You’ll see a small performance upgraded for this truck with a cold air intake, six-piston Brembo brakes, and a lowered suspension that all allow this truck to be impressive to drive.
A Couple More Entries at SEMA for the Silverado
The other two models that made their way to the SEMA show were the Silverado High Country Concept and Silverado LTZ Concept. These two trucks show up with the equipment you can admire such as bronze exterior accents, bronze 22-inch wheels, a two-inch lift, a cold air intake, a cat-back exhaust system, and an illuminated bowtie emblem in the High Country model. The LTZ brought in a cold air intake, 22-inch wheels, and a few other items that can give you the added accessories that are right for the ride on the road.
